RESULTS AND EXPERIENCES
ZOLTÁN HAJÓS
Head of Human Resources, Mecsek Füszért:
Transparency has increased; in other words, data (e.g., work time records, human resources management) have become more transparent. It has become accessible to multiple people simultaneously, thereby increasing control and accountability.
Paper-based and other off-system electronic administration (e.g., the use of Excel spreadsheets) has been drastically reduced. In some cases, it has been completely phased out.
With the introduction of the web-based schedule planner (WEB BEO), we gained a transparent and simple interface for managing and tracking work hours.
There is no need to transfer data, as we have an integrated system. Redundancy (data loss, data corruption) has been reduced in every respect.

They consider fine-tuning the system and implementing custom developments to be the most likely options for the future.
INCREASING EFFICIENCY WITH PIRAMIS™
ZOLTÁN HAJÓS
Head of Human Resources, Mecsek Füszért:
Since working time data no longer needs to be prepared for payroll processing (manual entry, verification), the human resources and working hours previously spent on this task have been freed up. This is necessary because the system offers much “richer” functionality than previous solutions.
A clear (and even measurable) increase in efficiency is expected once users reach a proficient level of system usage. However, replacing the previous administrative processes has already resulted in a noticeable improvement in efficiency.
A significant portion of the employees using the system (primarily those using the web modules) report that it is “more organized” and offers robust support features.
