PREREQUISITES AND CONDITIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION
On the client’s side, a project management team that was fully committed from the very beginning ensured that project tasks and milestones were completed by the expected deadlines.
Our partner launched with many PIRAMIS™ solutions, the implementation of which took place continuously over several months, at times in parallel. Thanks to effective training and a professionally prepared, receptive audience, the individual products were put into use under live operational conditions within a very short time.
In line with the company’s HR digitalization strategy, we are currently working on the ongoing rollout of the latest PIRAMIS™ developments.
RESULTS AND EXPERIENCES
Cooperation was generally good and continued even after the project was completed. They highlighted the user-friendly nature of the interface and its functionality, which met their expectations.
Our client was assisted during the implementation by a well-prepared team from L-Soft. They were satisfied with the training and with the helpfulness and attitude of the staff.
Given the complexity of the system resulting from our client’s specific set of rules and structure, the implementation could have been even more efficient and faster if a dedicated contact person had been assigned who could provide immediate feedback in urgent cases. As a result, the error reporting system sometimes proves to be slow during payroll processing when a quick solution is needed. In the event of further developments, we would place even greater emphasis on the prior coordination of interdependent tasks.
