The client’s swift decision to implement the PIRAMIS™ system and the efficient management of the administrative tasks necessary to begin project activities paved the way for the development of an excellent project schedule. Proper scheduling of project tasks ensured that the knowledge required to use the PIRAMIS™ system was transferred at an ideal pace, as well as providing several months of testing and practice opportunities.
By the time of the first live payroll run, BAHAMA’S staff had acquired enough knowledge to perform payroll-related tasks practically on their own.
This would not have been possible without the commitment and diligence of the colleagues involved in the project. Communication between the technical teams and project management remained highly effective throughout the entire duration of the project. Thank you for the opportunity to work with such a great team.

We can work much faster and more efficiently when preparing payroll.
When it comes to shift scheduling, we can immediately see attendance data, even for social security calculations. It’s great that we can view everything in one place. The system handles leave requests more easily than our previous program.
The query options and reports are excellent and easy to understand.
Managers can also view various reports directly on the web-based schedule planning interface; they don’t have to request them from the HR department.
