L-SOFT Zrt. is proud that its employees perform their daily work to the highest professional standards; therefore, our company places special emphasis on the continuous training and professional development of our employees. As part of the project titled “Employee Training at L-Soft Zrt.,” more than 40 of our employees are scheduled to participate; all training sessions fall under Section 2, Point 5 of the Fktv., which are aimed at developing professional, interpersonal, and ICT competencies; these are conducted as external group training sessions by an adult education provider at our company’s headquarters. The training courses conclude with an exam and a certificate issued by the training provider.

As part of this project, in collaboration with the Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd., we had the opportunity to participate in the ELITE program, an international training program for SMEs with high growth potential.
The primary goal of the program is to impart business management, financial, and funding knowledge that prepares companies to become successful businesses with independent management, stable operations, internal regulations, and a well-developed organizational structure.
In addition to the practical value of the knowledge gained, the training program provides participants with the opportunity to establish connections with experts, consultants, and investors, thereby laying the groundwork for the business to improve its international competitiveness and increase its chances of a successful IPO.

The ELITE training program contributes in a comprehensive way to a shift in entrepreneurial mindset, resulting in more effective utilization of opportunities necessary for further development; furthermore, by helping businesses become more conscious and financially stable, financing is also secured more effectively.

During the implementation of the project, flexible work arrangements were introduced by enhancing the company’s work organization culture, in order to partially offset the increasing workload associated with market expansion, maintain the company’s competitiveness, and ensure a balance between work and personal life, as well as better accommodate the needs arising from individual life circumstances.

As part of the project, external trainers were engaged to develop the employee competencies necessary for the successful implementation of flexible work arrangements, and individual and group coaching sessions were also conducted.
