The individuals involved in the project on both sides demonstrated exceptional professional competence and dedication throughout the entire duration of the project. As a result, all tasks were completed on time. On the client’s side, the members of the professional team were open to new solutions. I am confident that we will be able to work together on further HR digitization projects in the future.
RESULTS AND EXPERIENCES
- The payroll processing is faster.
- It also ensures more secure operation by incorporating warnings into the program during data entry.
- When transferring data from the performance module to payroll, the system generates an error list in the event of conflicts or data entries that do not comply with legal requirements.
- The checks and error lists are extremely helpful throughout the program, as incorrect entries inevitably occur, and these are quickly identified by the built-in controls.
- The release notes are very helpful, and the web conferences associated with each release are also extremely useful.
- The helpdesk is responsive: they respond quickly to our questions and requests.

- Overtime at the end of the working time frame should be accounted for as part of the job-based wage.
- The number of hours worked includes overtime at the end of the working time frame, just as the performance-based wage includes the overtime base. This makes it unclear. We would like to find a solution to this in the future.

INCREASING EFFICIENCY WITH PIRAMIS
- Managing eligibility requirements for individual motivational (bonus) pay components and the resulting pay differences is significantly accelerated by importing Excel spreadsheets.
- Copying shift schedules improves efficiency.
- Entering and recording simplified employee contracts has become significantly easier thanks to the ability to copy existing data.
