For which types of companies is the Piramis™ system recommended?
PIRAMIS is an industry-independent human resources information system that, thanks to its high degree of flexibility, can be implemented by companies in any sector. Designed primarily to meet the needs of medium and large enterprises, we recommend the system for companies with more than 100 employees.
What types of companies are our payroll outsourcing services recommended for?
We provide our services to social security payment offices using our proprietary PIRAMIS human resources information system, for organizations with at least 100 employees.
Who is included in the headcount?
For purchase and subscription plans:
The Customer must consider the highest monthly headcount within a 1-calendar-year period. The headcount for any given month includes all persons registered in the system for whom the Customer uses any of the software’s services. Each registered person is counted only once in the headcount, regardless of how many contracts they have in the PIRAMIS™ system. The exception is unnamed external labor (temporary workers), who are counted per contract.
For payroll services:
Employees are included in the headcount forming the basis of the monthly fee until the termination of their employment relationship. The month of termination is considered to be the month in which the employee’s termination is reported to the tax authority.
What do "license," "support," and "subscription fee" mean?
License Fee:
The license fee is the consideration for the right to use the software; upon payment of this fee, the Customer acquires a permanent, non-exclusive right to use the content specified in the License Certificate.
Software maintenance (support) fee:
The software maintenance fee for the current year is an annual fee payable for the use of the software in compliance with applicable laws; upon payment of this fee, the Customer acquires a permanent, non-exclusive right to use the current-year versions of the delivered software.
Rental fee:
The rental fee is the consideration for the right to use the software; by paying this fee, the Contractor grants the Customer the right to use the software in accordance with the terms set forth in the License Certificate. What do the license, support, and rental fees mean?
Can I request custom software development?
Yes, the Client may request custom development.
Any customer requirement that is prepared by the Contractor as a general solution in the manner and with the functionality specified by the Contractor, and that is intended to change, modify, expand, or supplement the operation of the commercial product or the compliance with legal regulations implemented in the commercial product, shall be considered a custom development requirement or a customization development.
Why are the prices for reference only?
The fee payable depends on the number of users and the range of software to be implemented, which may result in the actual fees differing from those stated above. Furthermore, the fees listed do not include costs related to implementation, operation, data uploads, or custom development requirements.
What additional products are available for the software listed above?
