The PIRAMIS™ Study Contracts Registration software is an integral part of the PIRAMIS™ Human Expert System. It is used to record, monitor, and claim costs and liabilities related to employee training and education, including school, courses, and training.
Key product features
Preparation and printing of study contracts: The software can be used to generate and print a study contract between employer and employee, which can be attached to the employee’s contract.
You can also register expenses and discounts, including statutory discounts and allowances payable to the employee, as well as allowances included in the study contract, such as tuition fees, accommodation, and travel expenses.
Working time and payroll accounting
Time spent on training courses and paid or unpaid leave can be recorded in the working time register and payroll based on study contracts. The program also allows you to manage several study contracts at the same time.
Termination of Employment
When an employment contract is terminated, the amount of the employer’s claim can be retrieved according to the contract’s terms and enforced against the employee upon their departure from the company.
Semester maintenance
The software allows you to manage semesters, making it easy to record training periods and costs.
