Tasks following the
outsourcing of payroll

- We provide electronic customer service: on working days outside the payroll period between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on working days during the payroll period between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Our payroll service is based on our own payroll program, so in the event of legal changes, our payroll accountants automatically receive the latest updates
- You have the option to request consultation days on legal changes affecting income accounting

HIGHER LEVEL SERVICES
After completing payroll accounting, we generate an electronic file of payslips and, at your request, send it to your employees by email as a password-protected file, or send it to you in a printed, sealed envelope, or mail it directly to your employees.
If required, the data generated during payroll accounting can be automatically transferred to your general ledger system via a general ledger interface with contoured general ledger posting.
Upon request, we provide on-site customer service at your premises at the times requested by you on working days between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Manager payroll
Would you like to outsource payroll tasks for some of your employees? This is typically a requirement for manager payroll. In this case, we recommend our higher-level payroll service.
We perform social security and payroll accounting, as well as the company’s monthly tax and contribution returns. Our company prepares and submits these to the authorities. In accordance with the client’s high-level corporate security requirements, we do not return the tax and contribution data of the small group we manage to the company, but combine it with the company’s monthly tax and contribution data and prepare the final return.
