A single interface will make company declarations available to employees. For example, employees can view the company’s internal rules, administrative rules, data management statement or even the company’s Code of Ethics. The types of forms or statements can be separated into groups.

For each statement or form, you can control which ones need to be accepted in the interface. This allows employees to indicate that they have read and accepted the contents of the document attached to the form.

In the case of forms, it can be separately regulated which set of employees can access certain documents on the web interface, since it is not certain that the internal rules of an HR organisation, for example, also apply to the Finance department.

This function is also linked to a query function, which is located in a separate module, the HR Administration module. The query function makes it possible to see which employees have already accepted a declaration or which employees have not yet made a declaration.
