This module allows employees to access and view company declarations and forms via a web interface. It is easy to inform employees about changes to internal policies or the publication of new documents.

Employees can view the company’s internal rules, code of conduct, privacy statement, and code of ethics. Forms and statements can be grouped together. You can control which documents are accepted and which groups of employees can access them in the interface. Use the query function to see which employees have accepted the declarations. The notification system sends email notifications when documents are published.
