Mobility

PIRAMIS™ Self-Service HR is a web-based solution, which can be simply run and used with a browser (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.).

The surface adapts to the screen of any smart device (display of mobile phones, tablets, monitors).

Integration

For employees, the use of the Self-Service HR makes HR administration easier and faster.
The surface is available anywhere and anytime, always providing up-to-date information and data for the users.

The Self-Serving HR operates in an integrated manner with the client’s existing PIRAMIS ™ database and displays the information stored there.

According to the relevant legal requirements currently in force, the employee must, of course, send the signed, approved and printed declaration to the HR Department.

APPROVAL

The payroll accounting and HR users can find the ready-reported and electronic declarations in the PIRAMIS ™ wage program or in the Other Partner Relationships module.

If the administrator finds the ready-reported declaration defective or incomplete, he/ she can reject it. The Rejected status tag appears on the Self-Service HR interface of the employee so he/ she has the opportunity to correct the declaration.
