  • You transfer the attendance data required for the payroll accounting.
  • You pass on the wage items (e.g. other benefits, bonuses, rewards, vehicle reimbursements, etc.) calculated by you and the benefit items.
  • After completing the payroll task, you print out the electronic payslip file we have given, and your employees sign their receipt on an accompanying list.
  • You print the income certificates from the electronic file we have provided, certify them and give them to your employees.
  • Your colleague collects the questions about the payroll activity from the employees and forwards them to us by email. You forward the responses received from the payroll division of our company, sent by e-mail, to your employees.

OUR STANDARD PAYROLL ACCOUNTING ACTIVITY

  • We create the employees’ administrative and contract data required for the payroll tasks.
  • We upload the wage items provided by you into the IT system.
  • On demand, we record the cafeteria statements of your employees, and perform the calculation of their cafeteria benefits.
  • We do the accounting of the monthly social security benefits and the payroll calculations.
  • We are responsible for administering any potential dismissals/quitting in our IT system.
  • We are processing the declarations related to the income accounting.
  • We produce the bank transfer stock required for the transfer of the wages and hand it to you.
  • We produce the electronic stock of the payslips and forward it to you.
  • We print and verify the further paper-based data services and forward them to the relevant authorities, employees and offices, if you give us such an authorization.
  • We produce the monthly declaration of taxes and contributions, and forward it electronically to the authority, if you give us such an authorization.

  • We provide electronic customer service: on working days, outside the payroll period, from 08:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and during the payroll period, on working days, between 08:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

OUR PAYROLL ACCOUNTING ACTIVITY IN THE CASE OF A HIGHER-LEVEL SERVICE

  • After performing the payroll accounting, we produce the electronic stock of the payslips and send them to your employees by e-mail as a password-protected stock, or forward you the printed stock in an envelope, or post the payslips personally to your employees.
  • At your request, the data generated in the payroll system can be automatically transferred to your general ledger system through a general ledger interface or listed ledger dispatch. 
  • At your request, we provide on-site customer service at your premises on working days, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
  • We can provide you with access to the modules and reports of the IT system in which we handle your data.

MANAGER PAYROLL ACCOUNTING

You would like to outsource some of your employees’ payroll tasks; manager accounting is typically such a need.

In this case, we recommend our higher-level payroll accounting service. We perform the social security and payroll calculations, moreover, the Company’s monthly tax and contribution returns are prepared by our Company and forwarded to the authority. In this case, following the high-level corporate security requirements of the client, we do not return the tax and contribution data of the small group we manage to the company, but merge it with the company’s monthly tax and contribution data and make the final returns.
